3 Dips for Veggies

    ---
     
          Crab dip
          1 pkg. cream cheese
          1 can crab
          1/4 cup ketchup
          chopped chives or scallions
          chopped cilantro (optional, you could use parsley)
    ---
          microwave cream cheese until soft, add drained can of crab and other
    ingredients, mix thoroughly. Top with extra cilantro or parsley. Serve chilled.
    ---
          Cottage Cheese Dip
          1 tub light cottage cheese
          1 cup mayonnaise
          1 small minced onion
          1 tsp celery salt
          1 tsp dry mustard (or a bit of dijon)
          two or three drops tobasco sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper
          1/2 tsp garlic powder
          1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
          salt, pepper to taste.
    ---
          Mix all ingredients together, serve chilled.
    ---
    Vegetable Dip
          1 cup mayonnaise
          1 cup sour cream (one 8 oz. carton)
          2 tablespoons dehydrated onion or onion juice to taste
          2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
          2 tablespoons Beau Monde seasoning (or a similar seasoning salt)
          2 teaspoons crushed dill weed
    ---
          Combine sour cream and mayonnaise and stir in onion, parsley and seasoning.
    Mix well. Let chill at least 8 hours to develop flavors.
    Serve with fresh vegetables.
