Bunch of Bran Muffins

    ---
     
       5  cups  flour
       5  teaspoons  baking soda
       1  tablespoon salt
       2  cups  brown sugar
       3  cups   all bran cereal
       2    cups   raisins
       3    eggs
     1   cup   oil
         1/4  cup  molasses
       1   quart  buttermilk
       1 1/2  cups  water
    ---
    Mix all the dry ingredients together. Beat the eggs, oil and molasses together. Add the buttermilk and the water. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.  Use big strokes and don't over mix or muffins will be tough and won't rise properly.  Bake at 400 deg. for 15 minutes.

    You can keep this mixture in the fridge and just take out what you
    need to bake fresh every day.
