Brownie Meringues

    A Great way to use up left over egg whites, make a double batch!
    ---
    2 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 package (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
    3/4 cup nuts, chopped
    ---
    Beat egg whites with salt, vinegar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate and
    nuts. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Store in an air tight tin.
