Blueberry Coffee Cake

    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/3 c. margarine softened
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    (2 cups  fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and well drained)
    ---
    Heat oven to 350. Beat all ingredients except blueberries in large mixer bowl on
    low speed 30 seconds.  Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 min.
    Spread half of the batter in greased 13x9x2 pan; sprinkle with 1 cup berries.  Top with
    remaining batter; sprinkle with 1 cup berries.  Bake about 35 minutes.  Drizzle
    warm cake with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    and 1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice.
