Mounds Cake

    ---
      German chocolate or Swiss
      chocolate cake mix
      First Icing:
      1 c. sugar
      1 c. evaporated milk
      24 large marshmallows
      Mix cake mix as instructed and bake in 13 x 9-inch pan.
      Cook first icing in heavy saucepan just until marshmallows
      melt. Remove from heat and stir in a 14 ounce bag of coconut.
      Spread over cake.
    ---
      Second Icing:
      2 c. sugar
      3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
      1 stick butter
      1/2 c. milk
      Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 2
      minutes. Remove from heat and beat until smooth and thickened.
      Spread over first icing.
