Saucy Ham Balls

      10   lbs.  cooked ham -- ground
       8    lbs.   lean gr. pork
       4   lbs.  lean gr. beef
      12   eggs beaten
      12   c.  graham cracker crumbs
       6      c.   milk
       8   cans  tomato soup -- undiluted
       1  c.  vinegar
       8   c. br. sugar
       3   Tbsp. dry mustard
    ---
    In a large bowl, combine the meats, mixing well.  Add the eggs; mix well. Blend in the crumbs and milk.  Form into 1 1/2 inch balls.  Place in a single layer in 12 ungreased 9 x 13 pans, set aside.  Combine the sauce ingredients, and divide evenly among the pans, covering the ham balls. Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 60 min. until hot and bubbly.
