Marinated Beef Roast

2 large onions, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup soya sauce
2 tsp. mixed Italian herbs
1/4 c. Kitchen Bouquet bottled
5 - 6 lb roast of beef

Blend together the first 4 ingredients for 1 minute. Add
the "Kitchen Bouquet".
Marinate roast for up to 3 days, turning in marinade occasionally.

BBQ; basting every 30 minutes. Set 10-20 minutes wrapped
in foil
before serving.
