Newspaper Fish on the Grill

    ---
    Whole Salmon, trout or whatever fish you have.

    Take the whole fish stuff it with herbs, dill, onions, etc. anything of your choice.
    Wrap the fish in a sheet or 2 of newspaper, depending on the size.  On the diagonal lay the
    fish and fold paper over flipping fish as you go until you have a neat package.
    Run paper  wrapped fish under the tap briefly just to dampen, not to  overly soak with water.
    Place into a HOT bbq and close the lid.  When the fish is done, unwrap and the skin
    peels off with the paper.  The fish is extremely moist and flavorful!  How long you
    cook the fish depends on how big it is.  About 15 to 20 min. per inch thickness of fish.
