Apple Ginger Chicken Marinade

    ---
    1-1/2 cups apple juice
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 cloves fresh garlic
    ---
    Mix thoroughly in a blender, heat slowly to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Refrigerate overnight (8 hours minimum). Marinate chicken breasts for
    a minimum of 8 hours.
