Cheesecake Squares

    ---
     CRUST
      1 c. butter or margarine
      1 c. brown sugar
      3 c. flour
      1-1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    ---
      Combine butter, brown sugar and flour, and mix as for pie crust. Add walnuts.
      Measure 1 c. of mixture and set aside. Press remaining into bottom of large cookie
      sheet, approx. 17-1/2x 15-1/4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    ---
     FILLING
      1 c. sugar
      3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
      3 eggs
      6 TBS. milk
      1 TBS. lemon juice
      1 tsp. vanilla
      1/2 c. sour cream
      1/4 c. flour
    ---
      Combine first six ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat well. Blend in sour cream and
      flour. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake 25
      minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into squares. This can be frozen.
