Cranberry Horseradish Relish

       1   sm. onion
       2  c.   fresh cranberries
         1/2  c.   sugar
         3/4  c.  sour cream
       2   Tbsp.  horseradish

    In a food processor, grind cranberries and onions.  Blend in the rest of the ingredients
    and freeze.  Defrost the night before you need to use it. This will freeze for about
    1 month.  Delicious on prime rib, as well as turkey!
