Frozen Christmas 'Pudding'
    cup raisins
    1/2 cup sultanas
    1/2 cup currants
    1/4 lb. glace cherries
    1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
    juice & finely grated rind of 1 orange
    1/2 cup cream
    2 qts. ( 8 cups) chocolate ice cream, softened
    1/2 cup extra cream
    1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened.
    Extra cream and cherries for decoration.
    ---
       Combine fruit and juice in bowl. If this is for adults ...add brandy or your
    favorite liqueur.
       Fold cream and fruit into choc. ice-cream. Pour into a 12 cup
    ice-cream mould. Freeze until firm
       Whip extra cream and fold into vanilla ice-cream. Add this mixture on top of
    the chocolate ice-cream. Refreeze until needed.
       Then unmould Frozen Fruit Pudding....use a warm towel around the mould
    or dip the base of mould into warm water.
       Invert onto a plate. Decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
