Tossed Taco Salad

2 lb. hamburger
1 large head lettuce
, bit sized
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can pitted black olives, drained
1 small pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. mayonnaise, or to taste
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 large tomato, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
sliced avocado for garnishing (optional)
1 medium bag Doritos, crunched in bag

Brown hamburger in skillet adding garlic salt and 1/4 of the chopped green onions. 
Cook until meat is done, drain grease and cool meat.
Combine taco seasoning with mayonnaise and set aside.
When ready to serve, using a large salad bowl, add lettuce, beans, olives,
remaining green onions, 3/4 of the cheese, tomatoes and tortilla chips.
Toss ingredients lightly and mix in mayonnaise, tossing until well mixed.
Garnish with remaining cheese and avocado slices or additional diced tomatoes.
Easily doubled.
