Broccoli and Peas


    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    4 to 5 slices bread, cubed
    garlic salt and pepper to taste

    Cook together and drain broccoli and peas. Add Cheez Whiz and melted butter;
     mix. Add soup and bread cubes. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. 
    Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    This great holiday side dish can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
