Green Bean and Corn Casserole
1 can green beans, drained
1 can whole corn, drained
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 carton sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. margarine
Combine all ingredients except crackers and margarine. Place veggie mixture
a casserole dish. Combine margarine with one stack crushed Ritz crackers.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake in 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes. Serves 12 to 15.
Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
Slivered almonds may be added to top.
