Holiday Vegetable Casserole 


    2 (10 oz.) pkg. Brussels sprouts (cut in two)
    10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans, cut
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Cook vegetables together in large pot according to pkg. directions.
     Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Alternate drained vegetables and soup mix, 
    butter, salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 
    Can be prepared a day ahead.
