Cheese 'n Chile Bread
1/4 c mayo or salad dressing
1 c (4oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c chopped green chilies (from a 4.5oz can)
dash hot pepper sauce
1 (1-lb) loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
Mix all the ingredients except the bread. Broil or grill the bread until lightly toasted.
Spread on the cheese mix. Broil or grill the bread again until the cheese is bubbly
and a little brown.
