Frosty Sugar free Punch

         1 pkg. (6 oz) cherry or apricot Jello (or use sugar free)
         3/4 cup sugar ( or use equiv. of Equal)
         2 cups boiling water
         1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice (use unsweetened)
         6 cups cold water
         2 liters ginger ale, chilled ( or use diet)

         Dissolve gelatin (any flavor of your choice), sugar and hot water in 4 quart, freezer proof container. Stir in pineapple juice and cold water.
    Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.
    Place in punchbowl and stir in ginger ale just before serving.
         Very, Very good!
