Surprise Cheese Puffs

    1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded
    Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    24 medium-sized
    pimento-stuffed olives
    ---
    In small bowl with fork or mixer, blend softened cheese
    and margarine. Stir in dry ingredients. Blot olives on paper
    towel. Divide dough into small pieces to completely cover
    olives. Freeze on cookie tray and transfer to plastic bag.
    Freeze until ready to use (up to 2 months). Remove 1/2 hour
    before baking. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake frozen balls on
    cookie sheet about 15 to 20 minutes. If using immediately,
    place in refrigerator and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees until
    lightly brown.
