Smoked Oyster Treats

    ---
    1  5 oz/142 g tin smoked oysters
       5 oz cream cheese
       1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
       1 tsp light cream
       1/2 tsp. onion, minced
       1/2 tsp garlic, minced
       dash Worcestershire sauce
       French bread rounds
    ---
    Place all ingredients in a food processor & pulse a few times until well combined, but
    not mushy. Using a teaspoon, place 1 inch mounds of the mixture onto a baking
    sheet & place sheet in freezer. Freeze 'til firm & store in airtight container. When
    you are ready to serve this delight, place the mounds on toasted bread rounds.
    Bake 375F for 10 minutes.

    You can also serve fresh in hollowed out cherry tomatoes.
