Better 'n Benedict

    My kinda Eggs!!
    ---
      12 slices ham (any kind)
    12 eggs
    24 Tbsp. heavy cream  (1 1/2 c.)
    12 slices havarti cheese
    ---
    Using muffin tin, place one slice of ham into each muffin tin cup. Break one egg each,  into each muffin tin cup, then pour 2 tbsp. heavy cream over each egg.
    Finally the with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. until cheese melted and bubbly.
    ---
                Serve over toasted english muffin halves. This is really good,
                quick, and can be made for a small crowd.
