Frozen Citrus Pie

    ---
    A very easy make ahead dessert, increases easily, serve in a  cake pan
    instead of a pie pan for easier handling.
    ---
     
     
       1  sm. can (6 fl. oz) frozen concentrate orange juice or lemonade
       2  c.  vanilla ice cream -- softened
       3 1/2  cups  thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip) OR 1 pint whipping
    cream, whipped.
       1   Graham Cracker pie crust -- made or purchased
    ---
    Place concentrate in large mixer bowl and heat about 30 sec. Gradually spoon in ice cream and blend. Fold in whipped topping, mixing gently until smooth. Freeze, if necessary, until mixture stiffens slightly. Spoon into pie crust. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hr.
