Rice Hotdish

     10 lbs. hamburger
    15 c. celery, chopped
    3 lbs. onions, chopped
    5 c. rice
    10 cans mushroom soup
    10 cans celery soup
    20 cans water
    1 sm. bottle soy sauce
    4 cans mushrooms, drained
     Brown hamburger, celery and onions together.  Mix all together and heat thoroughly.  Add 4 packages of chow mein noodles 20 or 30 minutes before serving.  This recipe fills an electric roaster and a large blue roaster or several smaller pans.
