Marinated Summer Squash Salad

    ---
    5 med. tender yellow squash, sliced thin
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 tbsp. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    ---
    Combine vinegar, salad oil, sugar and spices. Pour and mix.
    Refrigerate overnight. To serve, drain and put into center of  lettuce lined
    platter or bowl. 10 servings.
