Orange Apricot Salad

    This is great with ham!
    ---
    16 ounce can apricot halves
    2 - 3 oz. pkgs. of orange gelatin
    6 oz can frozen orange juice
    1 cup cold water
    ---
    Drain apricots and reserve juice.  Puree the apricots in the blender.
    Add water to apricot juice to make 1 1/2 cups.  Combine water/juice
    with gelatin and a dash of salt.
     Heat till the gelatin is dissolved.  Add the frozen orange juice and stir till
    it is all melted. Stir in apricots and the 1 cup of cold water.
     Chill till firm.  Makes about 5 cups.
