Dressing for Fruit Salad


    ---

    3 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp.. butter (add later)
    1/2 pt. cream, whipped
    ---
    Mix flour, sugar, pineapple juice and eggs in order
    given, cook in double boiler stirring often. Cook until
    thickens, add butter. Cool. Fold in whipped cream.
    Topping for 12 to 16 salads.
