Wagon Wheel Salad

     
    ---
         1/2  package   wagon wheel pasta
       2   cups  broccoli florets
       1  stalk  celery -- thinly sliced
       2   green onions -- sliced
         1/4   cucumber -- sliced
       2   Tbsp.   fresh parsley -- chopped
       1  cup   mayonnaise
         1/2  cup  sour cream
       2  cloves  garlic -- minced
       2   tsp.  prepared mustard
         1/2  tsp. paprika
         1/2  teaspoon salt
       8  cherry tomatoes
    ---
    Cook wagon wheels, adding broccoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley. In a separate
    bowl, combine sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt ; mix well.
    Pour over pasta, toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
    Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently. Serves 6-8

    NOTES : A nice summer salad! Easily doubled, but don't double the garlic.
