Light as Air Buns 

    Great for a Crowd

    2 pkg. yeast (2 Tbsp.) -(can use instant yeast) 
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vinegar
    3 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    10 c. flour

    Mix all ingredients; then knead lightly. Place in grease pan, turning to grease
     the dough,  cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise until doubled; punch
     down.  Shape into buns, place onto grease pans, cover with greased
     plastic wrap, let rise until of good size. 
    Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
